Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Moody Cookie Co.,LLC!  Please read our terms carefully before placing an order.  By purchasing from us you agree to the following:

1. Order Schedule:

• Orders open every Sunday and must be placed by 11:59 EST to be processed for the upcoming week.
• Any orders placed after the cutoff will be processed for the following week.

2. Baking and Shipping

• Cookies are baked fresh every Tuesday and are packaged for shipping every Wednesday.
• Local pick up is available on Saturdays and Sundays between 12-5pm location will be at local produce market.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping will be sent via USPS and will arrive within 2-3 days. 
• Delivery will be available May 2025 via uber eats and door dash so stay tuned for more updates.
• We are only shipping to our Cookie Lovers in the state of Georgia at the moment.

4. Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, but we can put your purchase towards a future order.

5. Allergy Disclaimer:

• Our Cookies are made in a kitchen that processes common allergens, including nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and soy.  We cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.
